The jaw crushers failure detection

Jaw crusher is widely used in the primary crushing stage in the production line. Generally speaking, we need accurate and timely work to identify and eliminate potential failures in order to ensure normal working of the machine.

The common main fault among Jaw crusher's operation are s as follows:
 
1. Crusher with no-load operation, the lower has a metal crash, which might be the following three reasons:
 
(1) From the jaw plate percussion between movable jaw and fixed jaw, the reason is that the distance of discharge opening is small, so it should be timely adjusted;
 
(2) Support bearing slide is badly worn or loose, so it should be replaced.
 
(3) The thrust plate or pad adjustment device occurs percussion. Generally speaking, this phenomenon is caused by the rod buffer spring elastic disappeared or damage does not bear the weight of the rotation; 
 
2. Brackets fracture frequently. In addition to the power transmission, it also can play a role as insurance by the lack of strength. Besides, it may also be caused by pressure of the spring rod, and adding the crushing force to make it work overload fracture, we may be appropriate to loosen the spring.
 
3. Product size is becoming thicker, because the jaw crusher's plate is worn badly. Jaw plates should be exchanged or replaced under the new board liner, and adjust the discharge opening size to gain the required final size
